Shell Villages and Resorts Limited advises that the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Brett Crowley as Company Secretary to replace Mr. Boris Patkin who has stepped down as a Company Secretary.

Mr. Crowley is a Chartered Accountant and Solicitor and brings with him strong experience in the role of Company Secretary, Mr. Crowley is currently Company Secretary for Vesture Limited (ASX:VES) and Flat Glass Industries Limited (ASX:FGI)
