Extension of Cleansing Prospectus Closing Date

Raiden Resources Limited ( ASX: RDN, DAX: YM4 ) ( Raiden or the Company ) advises that it has resolved to extend the closing date of its Cleansing Prospectus dated 11 January 2022 (Cleansing Prospectus) .

The new closing date for the Cleansing Prospectus is 20 January 2022 (Closing Date).

The closing date is indicative only and may be subject to change. The Directors reserve the right to vary this date without prior notice, but subject to any applicable requirements of the Corporations Act or the Listing Rules.
