Retraction of 3B ISSUED 20 December 2010

SVC wishes to advise all Shareholders that it is retracting the issue of the 26,500,000 shares as per the 3B ISSUED TODAY.

The issue of Shares was not authorized as the Company has not received all of the funds which were approved by the EGM 15[TH] November 2010. SVC will issue the shares once this issue is resolved.

Should any Shareholder need further clarification please do not hesitate the writer.
