ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR/CHAIRMAN AND COMPANY SECRETARY

The Directors of SubZero Group Limited ( SZG ) announce that on 30 July 2013:

1. Glenn Molloy stepped down as interim Chairman.

2. Malcolm Jackman was appointed as a Director and the Chairman of SZG.

Malcolm is currently the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Elders Limited. Malcolm has over 20 years’ experience managing large distribution sales networks in a business to business environment including ADIA (now ADECCO), Manpower Australia/New Zealand and Coates Hire. Malcolm has demonstrated the ability to grow businesses profitably and to do so through the retention of key executives and creating the right culture.

Malcolm's qualifications and association memberships include:

• BSC – Auckland University (Pure and Applied Mathematics)

• BCom – Auckland University (Accounting)

• Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors

1. Jury Wowk was appointed as joint Company Secretary replacing Steven Gill who previously held that position with the continuing joint Company Secretary, Andrew Cooke.
