Mr. Jury Wowk resigns as Joint Company Secretary
SubZero Group Limited (ASX: SZG) (" SZG ") advises that Mr. Jury Wowk has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company.
The Company’s Chairman, Mr. Malcolm Jackman said: “I would like to thank Jury for the significant effort and contribution he has made to SubZero. He has played a very significant role in the process that led to the company listing and we are indebted to his efforts”.
Mr. Andrew Cooke continues as the ongoing Company Secretary.
