Frank O’Halloran appointed as a Director
SubZero Group Limited (ASX: SZG) (" SZG " or " Company ") is pleased to announce that Mr. Frank O’Halloran has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Mr O’Halloran is the former long serving CEO of QBE and the current Chairman of Steadfast.
SZG Chairman, Malcolm Jackman said,” we are delighted to have an individual of Frank’s calibre and experience on the Board. There is no doubt he will be a major contributor as the company continues to expand and grow.”
