RE: NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED

The Company is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Bennett as a non executive Director.

John is currently a Director of Corporate Engineering, for Société Générale CIB Australia. and specialises in property, equipment and IT financing. As a founding director, in ALLCO Finance Group Ltd., he established ALLCO Property Finance Ltd (APFL).

APFL successfully closed more than $1 Billion of property financing including The Sydney AIRPORT Centre for QANTAS, John Maddison Tower for the NSW Government, World Congress Centre for the Victorian Government and the Midland Building Complex for the WA Government.

John established OMNI FINANCE INVESTMENTS, in a JV with GATEX CAPITAL USA. specializing in complex IT Financing. GATEX was the largest lessor of rolling stock in the world with a BBB + CREDIT RATING.

In July 2006, John, through Société Générale, was successful in a securitized financing, to the value of $100 million, for the Bendigo Bank's head office in Victoria.

We welcome John Bennett to the Board of Directors who, with his impeccable credentials, is ideally placed to make a significant contribution to the ongoing success of the Company.
