RE: NEW COMPANY CHAIRMAN

The Company is very pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Berger FCA has accepted the position of Non Executive Chairman.

Peter has more then 20 years experience in accounting and audit, as a chartered accountant and as a principal of Berger Peipers Chartered Accountants – a top 100 accounting firm (BRW survey) situated in western Sydney. Peter acts for several large corporations, and subsidiaries of foreign public companies, and has been involved in property development for retirement living, as well as commercial building construction.

Peter's expertise in corporate governance, capital raising and understanding of financial engineering will further complement the Board. This is in line with the Company's objective to have a highly skilled and focused team to ensure the future and ongoing success of the Company in building shareholder wealth.

Mr. Peter Berger replaces Dr Allan Shell, who has resigned as Executive Chairman of the Board in order to focus on further developing the health and life enrichment program for the "over 50s" villages owned by the Company.
