RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN OF MEDICAL MONITORS (ASX:MDM)

Medical Monitors' Chairman, Dr Jerome Goldberg, has today resigned from his position as Chairman, and as a Director of the Company, for personal reasons.

The Board expresses its thanks to Dr Goldberg for his outstanding contribution to the Company over the last two and a half years and wishes him well for the future. Dr Goldberg remains a major shareholder on the Company's register.

The Company intends to appoint a suitably qualified replacement, in due course, in light of its expanding international activities.

The Company remains focused on implementing its sales strategy for the BPfone™ (blood pressure) and PER (ECG) monitoring services in the UK, USA, Italy and Australia, as previously announced.
