APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS IN MEDICAL MONITORS LIMITED
The Directors are pleased to announce that Neville Buch and Boris Patkin have been invited to join the Board of Medical Monitors Limited as non-executive directors.
Neville Buch has had significant experience in the United States, Europe and Asia, where he worked for Tyco International, the US medical, electronic and security conglomerate, in global marketing, strategy and major account sales. This included a position as Vice Chairman of the supervisory boards of Total Walther in Germany and Tyco Securite in France.
In Australia, Neville had been involved with Solution 6's businesses in the Asia Pacific, as part of Neil Gamble's restructuring executive team. Since leaving that organisation, he has taken on a number of directorships with Australian technology companies.
Boris Patkin has a background in financial management and marketing. Boris has worked in senior management for Shell Chemical Australia and, more recently, has been involved in corporate and financial restructuring and international trade. He holds directorships in two other public companies and has extensive experience in investor relations.
The Directors looks forward to having Neville Buch and Boris Patkin involved in the Company's activities, as their international experience will be invaluable for the global rollout of Medical Monitor's products and services.
