Re Supplementary Notice for Annual General Meeting 30 November 2005

Medical Monitors Limited ("the Company) has had a request from Aequs Securities Pty. Limited (formerly Hudson Securities Pty. Limited) that it clarifies some of the information contained in the Supplementary Notice for Annual General Meeting.

In relation to Resolution 2 of the Supplementary Notice for Annual General Meeting, released to the ASX on 14 November 2005, it was noted that 32,500,000 shares had been placed in two tranches with clients of Hudson Securities, Tambour Holdings and other sophisticated private investors, who were all parties unrelated to the Company.

The Company hereby declares that a parcel of these shares was not distributed to clients of Aequs Securities, but was accepted by one advisor at Aequs Securities who qualifies as a sophisticated private investor and an unrelated party, and accepted the shares for his own relevant interest.
