Transparency declaration of Shopinvest NV & Etienne Kaesteker

SUMMARY

In accordance with the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Qrf publishes this transparency notification. Qrf received the transparency declaration on March 11, 2022, which shows that Shopinvest NV and Etienne Kaesteker exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total existing voting rights as of March 9, 2022.
