DECREASING OF QPR SOFTWARE PLC'S SHARE PREMIUM RESERVE

After the decrease the amount of the share premium reserve in the balance sheet is zero Euros. The decreased amount shall be transferred to the invested non-restricted equity fund. The decreased amount will be part of distributable equity upon approval of 2008 financial statements.
