QPR Software Plc has received the following notification of change in holdings
and voting rights in accordance with chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities
Markets Act:

The holding of Pohjolan Rahoitus Oy, a company controlled by Jouko Antero
Pelkonen, in QPR Software Plc has increased above one tenth (1/10)of QPR
Software Plc's votes and share capital as a result of a transaction made on 29
November 2011. According to chapter 2, section 9 of the Securities Markets Act
we will provide the following information to the Finnish Financial Supervisory
Authority and QPR Software Plc:
