QPR SOFTWARE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8 JANUARY, 2013 AT 3:00 PM CHANGES AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC´S MANAGEMENT As acting VP (Resellers & Russia) Jaakko Salminen´s contract ends, CEO Jari Jaakkola will lead Resellers & Russia unit until VP Maija Erkheikki returns from her maternity leave in August, 2013. As of 9 January, QPR Software´s Executive Management Teams consists of Jari Jaakkola, CEO (chairman); Matti Erkheikki, SVP, Direct & OEM; Jyrki Karasvirta, VP, Marketing and Communications; Eero Knuutila, VP, Sales; Teemu Lehto, VP, Business Development; Pauli Leppänen, CFO; Mikko Mäki-Rahkola, VP, Delivery and Jaakko Riihinen, SVP, Products & Technology. Alongside this announcement, QPR Software Plc amends the disclosure policy regarding management appointments. Subsequently, QPR Software will only announce changes in the top management, the President & CEO as well as members of the Board of Directors.
