QPR SOFTWARE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 27 May, 2009 at 2.00 p.m. KARI PIHLATIE APPOINTED CFO AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC M.Sc.(Eng) Kari Pihlatie (52), has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Management Team as of 10 August, 2009. QPR Software´s present acting CFO Päivi Vahvelainen will continue in her own company specialised in outsourced finance and administration services. Kari Pihlatie is currently employed by Metsäliitto Finnforest and has previously held several financial management leadership positions in M-real Oyj and Metsä-Tissue Oyj.
