Subject: Intimation of receipt of Work Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of new Work Orders worth INR 410.06 Crores (excluding taxes).

The details of order as required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:

“Construction of Fintech Building” for Gujrat International Finance Tec-City Company Limited at GIFT City, Gandhinagar worth INR 333.06 Crores (excluding taxes) in Government Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 36 months.

With receipt of the above order, the total order inflow during the financial year 2023-24 till date amounts to INR 3422.91 Crores . (This includes additional scope of work worth INR 77 Crores from the existing contracts).

Further, we hereby confirm that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the order/contract is received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. We further confirm that all the work orders are received from Domestic entities and all the work orders are Domestic.
