Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform that, the Board of Directors, in their meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2026, inter-alia approved;

• Re-appointment of M/s. Manubhai & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company and M/s. KVM & Co., Cost Accountant (FRN: 000458), Ahmedabad as Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
• On recommendation of the Audit Committee, recommended to the Shareholders' the appointment of M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad (Firm Registration No. 101895W), as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from conclusion of 18th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given as Annexure A to this disclosure.
