Apax Trust (acting through its trustee, Mr. Nikhil Chaturvedi), has received the Final Observation Letter from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) on April 21, 2025 for acquiring equity shares of the Target Company in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
