Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that Company has agreed to subscribe towards 71,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each offered by Calendula Commerce Private Limited (Issuer Company) at par, which is likely to constitute more than 5% share capital of Issuer Company. However, the Company would know the exact shareholding in Issuer Company after closure of issue and allotment made by the Issuer Company.
