Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Prosafe SE dated today, 21 July 2025, regarding recapitalization, new share capital registered and forward looking statements.

Following the increase in the total number of outstanding shares in relation to recapitalization, MH Capital AS has today crossed below the 5 % ownership threshold.

MH Capital AS holds 1,594,908 shares, representing approximately 0.47% of shares outstanding shares, down from approximately 8.93% prior to the transaction.

The figures above do not account for the upcoming offering of warrants eligible to shareholders as of 16 May 2025.
