Prosafe SE – disclosure of shareholding

Oslo, 24 March 2022. Vicama AS and its subsidiary Vicama Capital AS has on 24 March 2022 acquired, respectively, 130,000 and 86,533 shares in Prosafe SE, following which the entities will own 130,000 and 286,533 shares, together representing 4.73% of the issued shares and votes. In addition, Dima AS, a company owned by the CEO of Vicama AS and chair of Vicama Capital AS, owns 115,000 shares of Prosafe SE. The aggregate holding of Vicama AS, Vicama Capital AS and Dima AS thus comprise 531,533 shares, representing 6.04% of the issued shares and votes of Prosafe SE.
