North Sea Strategic Investments AS, a company managed

by HitecVision, has on 19 November 2015 sold 80,000

shares in Prosafe SE and entered into a forward

contract of 300.000 shares with settlement on 7

December 2015. Following the transactions, North Sea

Strategic Investments AS holds 23,598,876 shares in

Prosafe, representing approximately 10 % of the issued

shares and votes in the company. North Sea Strategic

Investments AS does not hold other shares or rights to

shares in Prosafe SE other than those described in

this disclosure.
