published by North Sea Strategic Investments AS

("North Sea") at 09:17 (CET) on 4 December 2015.

Following registration of the private placement in

Prosafe SE on 4 December 2015, North Sea holds

42,940,997 shares equalling 16.543% in Prosafe SE.
