shares in Prosafe SE and bought a forward contract for

16,414,500 Prosafe SE shares with maturity on 18

December 2015.

Following these transactions, North Sea Strategic

Investments AS holds 30,805,267 shares in Prosafe SE

and rights to 16,414,500 shares pursuant to the

forward contract, In total 47,219,767 shares

representing 18.2% of the issued shares and votes in

Prosafe SE. North Sea Strategic Investments AS does

not hold other shares or rights to shares in Prosafe
