The Nomination Committee of ProfilGruppen proposes new Chairman of the Board

The Nomination Committee of ProfilGruppen AB proposes Klaus Jürgen Wiemers to be appointed as new Chairman for the Board at the AGM on April 26, 2022. The Nomination Committee has previously proposed new election of the Board members Tomas Berggren, Anders Birgersson and Mari Kadowaki, as well as re-election of the Board member Bengt Stillström. The Nomination Committee hereby supplements its proposal. A presentation of all proposed members is available at www.profilgruppen.se.

Klaus Jürgen Wiemers was born in 1961 and has extensive experience of leadership and board work in international industrial operations. He has, among other things, been CEO of Robert Bosch Filial Sweden and Board member of Robert Bosch AB Sweden. Prior to that, Klaus Jürgen Wiemers was senior vice president, sales director and project manager with various assignments within the Bosch Group.

The Nomination Committee to this year's AGM includes Lars Johansson, shareholder (chairman), Bengt Stillström, Ringvägen Venture AB, Mats Egeholm, shareholder and Mats R Karlsson, Chairman of the Board.
