The Nomination Committee of ProfilGruppen proposes Chairman of the Board
The Nomination Committee of ProfilGruppen AB proposes Mats Johansson to be appointed as new Chairman for the Board at the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 31, 2022.
Mats Johansson was born in 1962 and is currently active as a co-owner and board member in Orbit One AB. He joined them in 1996, first as CFO and then as CEO. Mats is also a board member of Markisol Holding AB and a few smaller companies.
The Nomination Committee includes Lars Johansson, shareholder (chairman), Bengt Stillström, Ringvägen Venture AB, Mats Egeholm, shareholder and Mats R Karlsson.
