ProfilGruppen has appointed Per Thorsell as President and CEO

ProfilGruppen AB has appointed Per Thorsell as new President and CEO as of September 1, 2014. Kåre Wetterberg returns as Chairman of the Board.

Per Thorsell has long-standing experience from leading industry positions, most recently as CEO of Ekamant AB, which manufactures and sells coated abrasives to the global manufacturing industry. Previously, Per worked as Senior Vice President Supply Chain at AB Gustaf Kährs and also been active in various positions within the SCA Group and Voith GmbH in Germany.

ProfilGruppen's acting CEO, Kåre Wetterberg, will resume the role as Chairman of the board as of 1 September 2014. Bengt Stillström, the current Chairman, will then return to his role as a Board member.

ProfilGruppen AB is a supplier of customized aluminum extrusions and components.
