ProfilGruppen plans to change CEO by the end of the year
The Board and CEO of ProfilGruppen have agreed on a plan concerning a change of CEO at the end of the year. Nils Arthur, who successfully has led the company since 2002, will remain in full capacity until then. The recruitment of his replacement will begin immediately.
The implementation of the decided expansion strategy will be intensified when the economy improves. Then it will be especially important with continuity in the CEO position. Nils Arthur has a great commitment and responsibility for the company, but is after a long and intense career looking forward to having more spare time. The Board and Nils Arthur would like to express their mutual satisfaction that the coming CEO-change will be implemented under stable forms.
