Note:
1) On October 1, 2023, the renegotiation by the "Merges T of the company M&O PANDERS INC.'s line "Mercedes Company" (As its subsidiary M&O Best Ocean INC.) line "Mercedes Company" was completed in accordance with the decision No. 10010605-18/2023 of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism (currently Ministry of Economy and Development) which was registered on the same day with the General Assembly of Republic of the above-mentioned Ministry. As an exclusion of the Merges, the company that resulted from the Merges is now named "M&O PANDERS INC. EXPRESS INCORPORATED COMPANY" (Allowing for amendment of all the articles of association of the Mercedes Company, including in terms and the relevant approval of its new articles of association by the Institute Capital Market Commission and the competent departments of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism (currently Ministry of Economy and Development). With the decision No. 0000248/05-18/2024 of the Ministry of Development and Investments, which was registered in the General Commission Registry of the above-mentioned Ministry on October 1, 2023, the company's name was amended to "Pareto Real Trade Investment Company Double Company" with the distinction like "Pareto Investments" (the "Company").

Note: The Merges and the resulting quasi-annual conversion, in accordance with the provisions of article 75 par. 1, column 1 of c.1.3382/2023, the Company has automatically substituted the Meredes Company on 6-14 of the rights and obligations, among others over of properties of the latter. Therefore, this investment Schedule includes the properties of both the Meredes Company and the Meredes Company.

The Company is in the process of registering the transfer of the Meredes Company's properties with the relevant text registries, or radiations (RFus). The properties with 126.11 and 67 will be subject to a transfer in text, since the necessary legal and technical provisions are concluded.

2) On April 30, 2023, the company acquired an additional 30% (more in M&O Medline known biographs) (Indiana PG) based on Cyprus (under 100 m in the category "FPG INVESTMENTS IN CONDITIONS," NOT LATER IN A STOCK EXCHANGE), which payments to operate biographs and the development of premium residential projects.

4) All properties are final of any additional, except for:

b) if properties owned by the Company (with 100 m in a "B" (B, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6B), an which is present in all packages of an amount of 4300,000,000.00 has been established in favour of "Optimal Bank of Greece S.A." as representative of the bandwidths in accordance with the listed loan program dated 22.05.2020 as amended and in favor.

c) if properties owned by the Company (with 100 m in a "B" (B, B3, B4, B5, B6B), an which is present in all packages of an amount of 4300,000,000.00 has been established in favour of "Turkish Bank S.A." in accordance with the listed loan program dated 19.07.2020.

d) if the property owned by the Company (with 100 m in a "B" (B, B3, B4, B5, B6B), an which is present in all packages of an amount of 4300,000,000.00 has been established in favour of "Turkish Bank S.A." in accordance with the listed loan program dated 19.07.2020.
