"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and following receipt of the relevant notification, that the legal entity under the name "Invel Real Estate B.V.", which is closely associated with Mr. Christophoros Papachristophorou, Chairman and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on 18.05.2026 disposed of 28 registered common shares of the Company, at a disposal price of € 5.70 per share, for a total value of € 159.60, thereby exceeding with this transaction the total notification threshold of €20,000 (according to article 2 paragraph 8 of amending Regulation EU 2024/2809).
