Announcement of Regulated Information of Law 3556/2007

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 that, pursuant to relevant notifications it has received, the below-mentioned obliged persons, within the meaning of article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, have disposed of common registered shares of the Company as follows:
- (a) Mrs Georgia Badogianni, Head of the Accounting Department of the Company, disposed of 1,991 common registered shares of the Company, on 16.02.2026, at a price of €5.70 per share, for an aggregate value of €11,348.70.
- (b) Mr Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, disposed of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company, on 18.02.2026, at a price of €5.61 per share, for an aggregate value of €5,610.60.
