Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

Athens, 16 February 2026

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, Mrs Georgia Badogianni, Head of Accounting Department of the Company, on February 11 and 13, 2026, disposed of 2,297 common registered shares of the Company, thereby exceeding with this transaction the total notification threshold of 20,000€ (according to article 2 paragraph 8 of amending Regulation EU 2024/2809 ), as follows:

• On 11 February 2026, he disposed of 2.000 common registered shares, at a price of €5.73 per share, for a total value of € 11,458.75.
• On 13 February 2026, he disposed of 297 common registered shares, at a price of €5.75 per share, for a total value of €1,707.75.

The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €13,165.90.
