Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mr. Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on December 30 and 31, 2025, disposed of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company, as follows:

• On 30 December 2025, he disposed of 500 common registered shares, at a price of €6.00 per share, for a total value of €3,000.00.
• On 31 December 2025, he disposed of 500 common registered shares, at a price of €5.96 per share, for a total value of €2,977.50.

The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €5,977.50.
