Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

Athens, 8 August 2025

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mr. Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on August 5 and 6, 2025, disposed of 1,500 common registered shares of the Company, as follows:

• On 5 August 2025, he disposed of 1,000 common registered shares, at a price of €5.86 per share, for a total value of €5,855.00.
• On 6 August 2025, he disposed of 500 common registered shares, at a price of €5.95 per share, for a total value of €2,975.00.

The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €8,830.00.
