Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

Athens, 17 July 2025

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mr. Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on July 15 and 16, 2025, disposed 1,350 common registered shares of the Company, as follows:

• On 15 July 2025, disposed of 1,000 common registered shares, at a price of €5.89 per share, for a total value of €5,895.00.
• On 16 July 2025, disposed of 350 common registered shares, at a price of €5.88 per share, for a total value of €2,057.51.

The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €7,952.51.
