Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mrs. Nikoletta Zoi, Head of Internal Audit of the Company, on 22.12.2025 disposed 4,891 common registered shares of the Company at a price of 5.35€ per share, of an aggregate value of 26,166.85€, thereby exceeding with this transaction the total notification threshold of 20,000€ (according to article 2 paragraph 8 of amending Regulation EU 2024/2809).
