PDMR Shareholding

ProCook Group plc (the "Company"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, announces that Daniel O'Neill, Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair, transferred 1,510,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a brokerage account into his own name.

Daniel O'Neill's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares did not change as a result of the transfer detailed above and, together with Daniel O'Neill's connected persons, their total beneficial interest in the Company remains at 38,846,902, representing 35.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
