Evolution of the Hubwoo Group Governance –

Change of the corporate name

SURESNES, France – (January 29, 2019) — Following George Hampton WALL's resignation from his offices of member of the Board, chairman of the Board and CEO with immediate effect, the Board of directors of HUBWOO SA was held today and decided to appoint Timothy SYKES, member of the Board, as new chairman of the Board and CEO.

Moreover, the annual general meeting of the shareholders of HUBWOO SA met on January 29, 2019. At this meeting, the shareholders voted to change the corporate name of HUBWOO SA, which is now called PROACTIS SA.
