PRO-PAC PACKAGING LIMITED RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX: PPG) today announces the retirement of Marina Go as a NonExecutive Director, effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting on 23 November 2021.

Ms Go, who joined the Board in mid- 2018, is retiring to focus on her other board roles. Pro-Pac Packaging Chair Jonathan Ling said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Marina for her commitment and contribution to the business over the past three years, particularly as Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Her insight, support and counsel have been invaluable, and her focus on governance has been greatly appreciated. We wish her well with her new endeavours.”

A search process to find a replacement for Ms Go will be commenced in the next few months.
