PRO-PAC PACKAGING LIMITED RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY & GENERAL COUNSEL

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX:PPG) (Company) advises that Kathleen Forbes has tendered her resignation. Consequently, the contract with the company Inhouse Out, which provides the company secretarial services and of which Kathleen Forbes is an employee, has been terminated.

PPG will commence a tender process to appoint a new Company Secretary.

In the interim, the responsibilities of the Company Secretary will be undertaken by our Chief Executive Officer, Ian Shannon, with additional support provided by our current legal advisors until a permanent replacement is appointed.
