PRO-PAC COMPLETES TRANSFORMATIONAL MERGER WITH IPG

Effective today, IPG is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pro-Pac Packaging Limited ( Pro-Pac ). IPG is Australia’s largest specialist manufacturer and distributer of flexibles, film, wrap and associated products with #1 or #2 positions in key markets.

In accordance with the terms of the merger, Mr Rupert Harrington has been appointed as a director of Pro-Pac with effect from today.

Pro-Pac CEO, Mr Grant Harrod, said “This transformational merger positions Pro-Pac as one of the leaders in the growing flexible manufacturing and distribution segment. There are many opportunities to extend our capabilities in this segment, improve our scale and efficiency and capitalise on market growth in flexibles over the medium term.
