PRO-PAC PACKAGING LIMITED COMPANY UPDATE

Update to Strategic Review

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX: PPG) ( Company ), is conducting a strategic review, focussed on improved profitability, reviewing capital allocation and assessing short term and medium term funding arrangements.

The Company has appointed Flagstaff Partners to assist with the strategic review, which may lead to the sale of certain assets. The Company is in the early stages of this review and there is no certainty it will elect to proceed with any transaction. The Company will update the market as necessary in line with its continuous disclosure obligations.
