Retirement of Director – Mr Brandon Penn

Mr Brandon Penn, non-executive Director of Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX: PPG) today announced his retirement from the Board.

Brandon was one of the founders of Plastic Bottles Pty Ltd that merged with Pro-Pac Packaging in 2007 and which saw Brandon becoming a major shareholder and Director of the consolidated Group.

Soon after the merger, Brandon injected himself into the Pro-Pac business and was responsible for the significant growth of the division both organically and through acquisition.

Brandon held a number of executive leadership positions in the Group – first as MD of the Industrial division and later as Group CEO.

He was responsible for steering the Group through a period of unprecedented growth – successfully concluding more than twenty-five acquisitions under his leadership and expanding the product range to that which the Group enjoys today.

The Board wishes to thank Brandon for the strategic insight that he brought to the Boardroom and the significant contribution he made to the Group over the years. Brandon retires with the Board’s best wishes for the future.

The Board is well progressed in its selection process to appoint a new non-executive Director and hopes to be able to make an announcement in the near future.
