PRO-PAC APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX:PPG) today announced that Mr Darren Brown will join the PPG Board with effect from 2[nd ] July, 2018, as a Non-executive Director.

Darren’s experience includes over 20 years in a variety of commercial and financial roles particularly in packaging, including several years as CFO of publicly listed Pact Group Holdings Limited, Southcorp Packaging and Amcor.

Darren is a Chartered Accountant with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and holds a Bachelor of Business qualification.

It is proposed Mr Brown will be appointed to the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee once Mr Elliott Kaplan steps down later this year following his retirement.
