Mr David Herlihy, Chairman of Pro-Pac Packaging Ltd (ASX: PPG) today announced his retirement from the Board. David has chaired the Board through a period of strong growth over the past year and the Board thanks David for his contribution.

Mr Elliott Kaplan, who has been a non-executive director on the Board of Pro-Pac since its listing on the ASX in 2005, will succeed David as Chairman with immediate effect.
