Obtainment of the EU Commission clearance for the acquisition by Femto Technologies

Fulfillment of the antitrust condition

October 31st, 2022 – It is announced that, on October 28, 2022 (with communication notified on October 31, 2022) the European Union Commission has authorized the acquisition of a control shareholding by Femto Technologies in the share capital of Prima Industrie.

It is reminded that the obtainment of such approval was one of the Conditions Precedent to Closing of the Sales and Purchases, and therefore such specific Condition Precedent shall be considered as fulfilled.
