CANCELLATION OF ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Collegno (Turin), March 17th 2020 – Prima Industrie S.p.A. informs that, following the provisions of the Law Decree c.d. "Cura Italia" being published due to the Covid-19 emergency, the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled for April 27, 2020 (1st call) and May 25, 2020 (2nd call) will not take place.

The Company will proceed to call the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting again at a future date, promptly communicating it to the market.

Additive Manufacturing (Prima Additive): dedicated to the design, production and marketing of turnkey solutions for the main technologies in the field of Additive Manufacturing; Prima Additive's product range includes both Additive Manufacturing technologies: Powder Bed Fusion - PBF (powder bed fusion) and Direct Metal Deposition - DMD (direct deposition of metals), as well as the related application support and services.
