Arbitration with ProMargin ended

Pricer has earlier published that the company has been party to arbitration proceedings against ProMargin AB (now with new name Motion Display Scandinavia AB). A final award was rendered late yesterday according to which Pricer was ordered to pay damages with a total amount of SEK 1.9 M plus interest. The amount is less than one tenth of the amount requested by ProMargin. Each party shall according to the award carry its own costs for the arbitration proceedings. The damage amount will be accounted for in 2011. All other costs have been accounted for as incurred.
