Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, PPC SA ("PPC") announces the following:
- On August 8, 2025, Ms. Theano Goranitou proceeded with the purchase of 480 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €6,998.40.
- On August 11, 2025, Mr. Andreas Fysakis proceeded with the purchase of 2,000 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of €29,015.00.
